Det absolut vanligaste s\u00e4ttet \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda direkt v\u00e4rme. S\u00e5 funkar alla klotgrillar t.ex. Man kan dock anv\u00e4nda de flesta grillar med b\u00e5de direkt och indirekt v\u00e4rme beroende p\u00e5 hur kolen placeras. Det \u00e4r en Bra Sak\u2122, eftersom det betyder att man kan anv\u00e4nda sin befintliga utrustning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Direkt v\u00e4rme<\/strong> \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt enkelt: placera det man ska tillaga direkt \u00f6ver v\u00e4rmek\u00e4llan. Det betyder (vanligtvis) h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och bra stekyta.
