Perfekt mat att dela p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man har kompisar \u00f6ver. Ovansidan \u00e4r k\u00f6ttsidan, enligt bilden ovan.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla dem p\u00e5 <a title=\"Direkt v\u00e4rme vs indirekt v\u00e4rme\" href=\"https:\/\/hankstruebbq.com\/se\/direkt-varme-vs-indirekt-varme\/\">indirekt v\u00e4rme<\/a>, ca 110\u00b0 C, eller i ugn, med k\u00f6ttsidan upp. Det \u00e4r viktigt att h\u00e5lla en l\u00e5g och j\u00e4mn temperatur.
