Enkelt att tillaga, och smaken \u00e4r helt underbar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta recept p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r sajten bygger p\u00e5 indirekt v\u00e4rme och tr\u00e4 f\u00f6r r\u00f6ksmak. I det h\u00e4r receptet kommer vi att anv\u00e4nda direkt v\u00e4rme ist\u00e4llet. Det funkar ocks\u00e5 bra, och ger en helt annan smakprofil. Dock med vissa f\u00f6rbeh\u00e5ll. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att direktv\u00e4rme ska fungera n\u00e4r man tillagar en k\u00f6ttbit som beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ngre tid p\u00e5 sig att bli m\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver man \u00f6ka avst\u00e5ndet mellan grillgaller och gl\u00f6db\u00e4dd. Det g\u00f6r tv\u00e5 saker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e4rmen \u00e4r l\u00e4gre \u00e4n om k\u00f6ttbiten \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt n\u00e4ra gl\u00f6den. Det kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att tillaga under l\u00e4ngre tid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fett och k\u00f6ttsaft kommer att droppa ned i gl\u00f6den och f\u00f6r\u00e5ngas. Det s\u00e4tter en helt unik smak p\u00e5 k\u00f6ttet. Annorlunda \u00e4n n\u00e4r man varmr\u00f6ker, men precis lika gott!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nder min egenbyggda <a href=\"https:\/\/hankstruebbq.com\/se\/hanks-hot-box\/\">Hank&#8217;s Hot Box<\/a> f\u00f6r detta, den \u00e4r gjord f\u00f6r precis det h\u00e4r. Har man ingen s\u00e5dan g\u00e5r det precis lika bra med en Weber Smokey Mountain eller liknande grill.
