En s.k. fatty \u00e4r en slags fylld korv gjord p\u00e5 fl\u00e4sk eller n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, som man r\u00f6ker p\u00e5 sin grill. Fyllningen best\u00e5r ofta av Philadelpia-ost, f\u00e4rsk grillad chili-peppar, riven cheddarost och annat. Det finns lika m\u00e5nga varianter p\u00e5 fyllning som det finns grill-entusiaster. H\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag en p\u00e5 f\u00e4rs fr\u00e5n dovhjort, d\u00e5 jag hade det i frysen.<br>En fatty g\u00f6r man lite som en rullt\u00e5rta. Man plattar ut f\u00e4rsen, t\u00e4cker den med fyllning, och rullar ihop den till en avl\u00e5ng rulle.
