Det \u00e4r kul, enkelt och ger osten en ny smakdimension. Att r\u00f6ka ost kr\u00e4ver l\u00e5ga temperaturer. Man <em>kallr\u00f6ker\u00a0<\/em>allts\u00e5. Anledningen \u00e4r att man vill undvika att sm\u00e4lta osten, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 l\u00e5ta osten absorbera r\u00f6ken. N\u00e4r jag r\u00f6ker ost brukar jag v\u00e4lja frukttr\u00e4d som t.ex. pekan f\u00f6r dess mjuka n\u00f6tiga smak. Det passar bra ihop med olika ostar. Man kan r\u00f6ka flera olika sorter som cheddar, camembert, osv.
