Den tillverkas av <a href=\"https:\/\/snsgrills.com\/\">SnS Grills<\/a>.&nbsp;Man anv\u00e4nder den f\u00f6r att separera grillen i tv\u00e5 v\u00e4rme-zoner: en het och en kall (eller mindre varm i alla fall&#8230;). Low &#8217;n slow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En stor po\u00e4ng med att ha en gl\u00f6db\u00e4dd i ena \u00e4nden av grillen \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s att f\u00f6rvandla din grill till en klassisk r\u00f6k. F\u00f6rutom en p\u00e5se briketter beh\u00f6ver du en skorstenst\u00e4ndare, n\u00e5gra bitar tr\u00e4 f\u00f6r r\u00f6kning och ett par t\u00e4ndkuber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00f6rja med<\/strong> att placera en handfull briketter (10-12) i ena h\u00f6rnet ovanp\u00e5 t\u00e4ndkuberna. T\u00e4nd dem och v\u00e4nta i ca 20 minuter, eller tills de \u00e4r helt askgr\u00e5a. H\u00e4ll d\u00e5 i en <em>full<\/em> skorsten med briketter, f\u00f6rsiktigt. L\u00e4gg inte i s\u00e5 att de kommer \u00f6ver kanten, d\u00e5 blir det sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 p\u00e5 grillgallret. H\u00e4ll i <strong><em>hett<\/em><\/strong> vatten (jag hade kokhett vatten i en termos) i vattenfickan, l\u00e4mn 1.5 cm till kanten. Jag hade bottenventilen halv\u00f6ppen, och toppventilen helt \u00f6ppen. N\u00e4r temperaturen b\u00f6rjade n\u00e4rma sig 100\u00b0 C st\u00e4ngde jag toppventilen halvv\u00e4gs, och v\u00e4ntade p\u00e5 att grillen skulle sv\u00e4nga in sig p\u00e5 110\u00b0 C. Direkt-grillning eller&nbsp;hot &#8217;n fast<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan finess med Slow &#8217;N Sear \u00e4r att den samlar kolen t\u00e4tt ihop, s\u00e5 n\u00e4r man beh\u00f6ver grilla en biff eller ge n\u00e5got en fin grillyta kommer temperaturen att vara h\u00f6gre \u00e4n vanligt. Dessutom kommer briketterna n\u00e4rmare gallret, vilket ytterligare bidrar till en h\u00f6gre temperatur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notera: n\u00e4r man grillar direkt ska man <strong>inte<\/strong> h\u00e4lla vatten i vattenfickan. Den kommer att vara f\u00f6r varm, s\u00e5 vattnet kommer att koka bort v\u00e4ldigt snabbt med risk f\u00f6r st\u00e4nk som kan orsaka br\u00e4nnskador.&nbsp;Vatten \u00e4r endast f\u00f6r&nbsp;low n&#8217; slow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00f6rja med<\/strong>&nbsp;att t\u00e4nda en <em>full<\/em> skorsten med briketter. N\u00e4r de brinner och \u00e4r askgr\u00e5a h\u00e4ller man \u00f6ver dem i enheten och l\u00e5ter grillen bli varm. L\u00e5t locket vara av under hela tiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. &#8217;Chicken mode&#8217;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns ett tredje l\u00e4ge, som anv\u00e4nds till bland annat kyckling. Man grillar vid ungef\u00e4r 150\u00b0 C, vilket \u00e4r n\u00e5nstans mitt emellan low n&#8217; slow och hot n&#8217; fast. Den \u00e4r prisv\u00e4rd, v\u00e4ldigt robust byggd, och kommer att g\u00f6ra din klotgrill mycket mer anv\u00e4ndbar. Om du inte redan planerar att uppgradera din utrustning med att k\u00f6pa en riktig vedr\u00f6k \u00e4r det h\u00e4r ett sj\u00e4lvklart val. Den \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att sk\u00f6ta, och v\u00e4ldigt sj\u00e4lvg\u00e5ende.
