Den passar utm\u00e4rkt att tillaga i ugn, i foliepaket, eller varf\u00f6r inte p\u00e5 grillen?<\/p>\n<div class=\"serves\">Portioner: <span class=\"servesCount\">2<\/span><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"ingredients-heading\">Ingredienser<\/h2>\n<div class=\"ingredients-notabs\">1 guldsparid, ca 800-1000 gram f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 pers.<br \/>\n0.5-1 tsk salt<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"instructions-heading\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/h2>\n<p>Ta ur (in\u00e4lvorna) ur fisken om det inte redan \u00e4r gjort. Sk\u00f6lj den med kallt vatten och klappa den torr med lite hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Starta grillen, och f\u00f6rbered den p\u00e5 <a title=\"Direkt v\u00e4rme vs indirekt v\u00e4rme\" href=\"https:\/\/hankstruebbq.com\/se\/flaskkarre-med-katrinplommon\/\">indirekt v\u00e4rme<\/a>. Se till att den ligger p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 150-180\u00b0 C, dvs lite h\u00f6gre \u00e4n vanligt. Jag g\u00f6r en <a href=\"https:\/\/hankstruebbq.com\/se\/mangosalsa-tagning-ii\/\">mango-salsa<\/a>, samt har Parmesan-ost i gr\u00f6nsalladen. Parmesan-ostens s\u00e4lta passar bra ihop med fisken och mango-salsan.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp fisken hel p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat p\u00e5 bordet. Dra av skinnet fr\u00e5n magen och upp\u00e5t mot ryggfenan med en kniv och gaffel.
