Och det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att det g\u00e5r att applicera i n\u00e4stan alla grillar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hela po\u00e4ngen \u00e4r att l\u00e5ta endast ett f\u00e5tal briketter brinna \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen, vilket s\u00e4nker temperaturen. Det ger ocks\u00e5 att gl\u00f6den varar mycket l\u00e4ngre, s\u00e5 man beh\u00f6ver inte fylla p\u00e5 kol efterhand.<\/p>\n<p>Namnet kommer fr\u00e5n s\u00e4ttet man l\u00e4gger briketter p\u00e5 grillen. De placeras som en orm som ringlar sig runt ytterkanten p\u00e5 grillen. Det m\u00e5ste inte vara en cirkel, p\u00e5 vissa grillar \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att l\u00e4gga dem i formen av ett &#8217;S&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 bilden nedan anv\u00e4nds en kakform (utan botten) f\u00f6r st\u00f6d. N\u00e4r man startar endast ett f\u00e5tal briketter v\u00e4nder man skorstenen upp och ned. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare d\u00e5 den botten som finns i skorstenen sitter en bit upp fr\u00e5n nederkanten. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis finns det ett st\u00f6rre utrymme och ett mindre utrymme beroende p\u00e5 vilket h\u00e5ll man v\u00e4nder skorstenst\u00e4ndaren. L\u00e4gg lite tidningspapper under briketterna (stoppa in det underifr\u00e5n i skorstenst\u00e4ndaren) och t\u00e4nd. I bilderna ovan anv\u00e4nder jag en 47cm (18.5&#8243;) klotgrill, och mina experiment har visat att en kvarts cirkel ger mig ungef\u00e4r 3 timmar, en halv cirkel ger mig ca 6 timmar. Dessutom \u00e4r ormen endast 3-4 briketter &#8221;tjock&#8221;.
