V\u00e4nd dem och g\u00f6r likadant p\u00e5 andra sidan. Stryk ut oljan med fingret s\u00e5 de blir j\u00e4mnt t\u00e4ckta. Stek dem sen i en stekpanna med olja tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Det tar 10-15 minuter, men ha t\u00e5lamod, det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt det. Efter 1-2 minuter h\u00e4ller man i de krossade tomaterna och hackade basilikablad. L\u00e5t tomats\u00e5sen sjuda i 15-20 minuter s\u00e5 den reduceras f\u00f6r att bli av med ytterligare lite v\u00e4tska, annars blir r\u00e4tten f\u00f6r vattnig.
