Om inte det finns tillg\u00e4ngligt \u00e4r lamm ett vanligt alternativ, och jag har \u00e4ven gjort den p\u00e5 h\u00f6grev. Se bara till att v\u00e4lja k\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n framdelen p\u00e5 djuret.
