Det \u00e4r en liten m\u00f6r delikatess som grillas snabbt och hett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bakgrund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spindelsteken kallas s\u00e5 efter det spindel-liknande m\u00f6nster som fett-strimmorna och bindv\u00e4ven bildar p\u00e5 ena sidan. Den kallas ocks\u00e5 ostronstek d\u00e5 formen efterliknar ett ostron.  I spansk-talande l\u00e4nder kallas den Ara\u00f1ita (spindel).  Den f\u00e4ster i b\u00e4ckenet p\u00e5 kon, och det finnas bara tv\u00e5 st per ko. Det \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldigt m\u00f6r bit, s\u00e5 se till att den inte blir f\u00f6r v\u00e4l-tillagad.
