Chop the onion finely. Fry it in oil gently for a few minutes, in a large pan.
Add the spinach, water and bouillon cubes, bring it to boil, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. This is gonna take a little while since the spinach is frozen.
Now add the cooking cream and spices, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add more salt or pepper if you like. Serve with hardboiled eggs, cut in half.
