Rinse the paprikas with cold water, and pat dry. Split them in halves, throw away the pits.
Place the paprika halves on the grill grate, skin side down. Grill them for 10 minutes or so, until the skin side starts blackening.
Bring them inside and chop them up with a knife. Put them in a blender together with the olive oil and spices.
Blend until it becomes a relish, not too long though, we don’t want it too smooth. Now drop the walnuts in the blender, give it a quick spin, then serve. Fresh!
