Get a camembert in a wooden box, as we will use it when grilling. Poke 5-7 holes in the cheese, and stick the Rosemary twigs in the holes.
Drizzle honey over it, and place the cheese in its wooden box in the grill, running at 200° C / 400° F.
Grill it for 10 minutes, until the cheese has softened. Place the cheese box on the table with a couple of spoons and some slices of bread or some crackers.
