Start by heating up the oven to 200° C / 400° F. Now cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise. Now cut the halves lengthwise again so you have four pieces.
Sprinkle the spices evenly over the four halves, and drizzle some vegetable oil over the squash.
Put the squash in the middle of the oven and let it roast for roughly 30-35 minutes. Take it out and enjoy as a side dish, or as part of a fresh salad. You can eat the shell/skin, or leave it on the plate, it is up to you.
