Instructions
Finely chop the onions and fry them in butter in a sauce pan without browning them.
Add the wine and let it boil gently until the fluid has been reduced to half.
Now add the water, bouillon cube and cream, and reduce it again with a third.
Pour the sauce into a blender to blend it smooth. Pour it back into the pan, add the corn starch and bring it to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
