Place the salmon in a large pan with water, and let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Get rid of the water, and fill the pan with ice cold water and leave it for a few minutes, to cool off the salmon.
Get rid of the water and mash the salmon with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Shape 6-8 burgers with your hands, and place them on a cutting board.
Fry them in a frying pan (preferrably non-stick) on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve on a hamburger bread with mayonnaise, thinly sliced red onion, avocado and some lettuce.
