Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Work the butter into the mix, and add the milk
Knead the dough on a flour-covered surface and split it into normal size scones (4-8).
Bake the scones in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 275° C / 530° F.
Serve the scones with butter and your favorite jam.
