- 2.1 cups wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2.6 oz butter
- 0.85 cups milk
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Work the butter into the mix, and add the milk
- Knead the dough on a flour-covered surface and split it into normal size scones (4-8).
- Bake the scones in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 275° C / 530° F.
- Serve the scones with butter and your favorite jam.
