Instructions
Start by chopping the shallots. Peel the apple, remove the core, and chop the apple.
Fry the chopped shallots in a tablespoon of butter. Add the apple, beef stock, tomato paste, beer and cooking cream. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix it smooth in a blender. Add a pinch or two of sugar, and serve!
