This is a tasty Asian style dip based on mayonnaise. It works very well with both beef and pork and adds a ton of umami. It’s a real treat and easy to make. A must try!

Ingredients
- 14 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
Instructions
- Grate the garlic clove using a microplanar (or similar tool).
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving so the flavors blend well.
Delicious! I give this 5 stars as written however I reduce mayo to 1/2 cup and keep everything else the same.
