A classic Caesar salad dressing with anchovies and Parmesan cheese. Great with salad, chicken and fish.

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 clove garlic, finely shredded or crushed.
- 2 anchovies, finely chopped
- 3.5 tbsp canola oil
- 3.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
Instructions
- Whisk together egg yolk, garlic and anchovies until frothy.
- Add the oil slowly in a thin stream and whisk until it's all blended.
- Add the other ingredients and add salt to taste.
