Caesar Salad Dressing

A classic Caesar salad dressing with anchovies and Parmesan cheese. Great with salad, chicken and fish.

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 clove garlic, finely shredded or crushed.
  • 2 anchovies, finely chopped
  • 3.5 tbsp canola oil
  • 3.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt


  • Whisk together egg yolk, garlic and anchovies until frothy.
  • Add the oil slowly in a thin stream and whisk until it's all blended.
  • Add the other ingredients and add salt to taste.
