Grilled sweet potatoes with lime dressing is a great dish. The sweetness of the potatoes goes really well with the lime dressing. You can serve it with both seafood, poultry and red meat.

Instructions
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it in wedges, or slice it sideways in quarter inch thick slices.
- Brush them with olive oil, and place them on direct heat on the grill.
- Grill them for 5-10 minutes on 400° F, until they are charred, but not too soft.
- Mix the lime juice and olive oil in a bowl, and brush it all over the potato wedges/slices.
