Salsa verde is a smooth green, tangy and herbacious dip that goes well with both lamb and port. It’s also easy to make in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup basil (packed)
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley (packed)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a tall container and mix it together real quick with a stick blender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
