Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 lemon (juice + zest)
  • 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 red onion

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the mangos. Chop the cilantro roughly, and mix with the mango.
  • Add the salt, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  • Chop the red onion finely, and add it to the mix. Leave it covered in the fridge for an hour before serving, to get the flavors to blend well
  • Make the mango no more than 1 hour before your guests arrive, to keep it fresh.
