Salsa verde is a smooth green, tangy and herbacious dip that goes well with both lamb and port. It’s also easy to make in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil (packed)
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley (packed)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a tall container and mix it together real quick with a stick blender.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
