Here’s a fun flavor combination that really boosts the brussel sprouts. This is great as a side dish, or as a potato replacement with meats.
- 28 oz brussel sprouts
- 6 tbsp creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- If the sprouts are fresh, remove the outer leaves and trim off any dry parts.
- Place the brussel sprouts in a pan and cover with water. Bring it to a boil, and let it boil for 5 minutes (slightly shorter if the sprouts were frozen).
- Now strain the sprouts in a colander and add back to the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Serve immediately.
