Here’s a fun flavor combination that really boosts the brussel sprouts. This is great as a side dish, or as a potato replacement with meats.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

ImperialMetric
28-30 oz brussel sprouts
6 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
800 grams brussel sprouts
6 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt

Instructions

If the sprouts are fresh, remove the outer leaves and trim off any dry parts.

Place the brussel sprouts in a pan and cover with water. Bring it to a boil, and let it boil for 5 minutes (slightly shorter if the sprouts were frozen).

Now strain the sprouts in a colander and add back to the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Serve immediately.
