Here’s a fun flavor combination that really boosts the brussel sprouts. This is great as a side dish, or as a potato replacement with meats.

Servings 4 people
Cook Time 20 minutes

  • 28 oz brussel sprouts
  • 6 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

  • If the sprouts are fresh, remove the outer leaves and trim off any dry parts.
  • Place the brussel sprouts in a pan and cover with water. Bring it to a boil, and let it boil for 5 minutes (slightly shorter if the sprouts were frozen).
  • Now strain the sprouts in a colander and add back to the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Serve immediately.
