Creamed Corn is a barbecue staple, and for a good reason. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients
- 10 oz corn
- 1 cup double cream
- 0.5 tsp chipotle chili
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 0.3 oz butter (for frying)
- 1 tbsp corn starch (for thickening)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the corn for 3-4 minutes on medium/high heat. For best flavor the corn should be browned.
- Now add the cream, salt and chipotle and let it simmer gently for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the corn starch and bring it to a boil real quick.
- Remove from the stove and add the cheese. Make sure you use a good quality cheese full of flavor. Stir a few times and let it cool off.
