Here’s a fresh tasting dip sauce with just the right level of sweetness. It pairs exceptionally well with salmon or summer rolls.

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 7 tbsp chopped salted or dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 lime (the juice)

Instructions

  • Chop the peanuts relatively well, but not so much it turns into dust.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Keep in the fridge until serving.
