Here’s a fresh tasting dip sauce with just the right level of sweetness. It pairs exceptionally well with salmon or summer rolls.
- 7 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 7 tbsp chopped salted or dry roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 lime (the juice)
- Chop the peanuts relatively well, but not so much it turns into dust.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Keep in the fridge until serving.
