Lime Sauce

Lime sauce is a great cold sauce that goes very well with salmon or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups creme fraiche
  • 1 lime (juice + zest)
  • 2 ml salt
  • 4 ml sugar

Instructions

  • Peel off the zest by using a microplane grater or other tool. Make sure to only peel off the outer green layer.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lime and mix it with the zest, creme fraiche, salt and sugar in a bowl
  • Stir well and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
