Lime sauce is a great cold sauce that goes very well with salmon or chicken.

Instructions
- Peel off the zest by using a microplane grater or other tool. Make sure to only peel off the outer green layer.
- Squeeze the juice from the lime and mix it with the zest, creme fraiche, salt and sugar in a bowl
- Stir well and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
