Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 lemon (juice + zest)
- 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 red onion
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangos. Chop the cilantro roughly, and mix with the mango.
- Add the salt, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Chop the red onion finely, and add it to the mix. Leave it covered in the fridge for an hour before serving, to get the flavors to blend well
- Make the mango no more than 1 hour before your guests arrive, to keep it fresh.
