Here’s a tangy dip with fresh flavors that you make in minutes. It brings out new flavors in both beef and pork, and goes very well with both.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp japanese soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsk salt
Instructions
- Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, and chop the leaves finely. Place them in a bowl.
- Crush the garlic clove and add to the bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir. Leave it for 30-60 minutes before serving.
