Tangy Grill Dip

Here’s a tangy dip with fresh flavors that you make in minutes. It brings out new flavors in both beef and pork, and goes very well with both.

  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsk salt


  • Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, and chop the leaves finely. Place them in a bowl.
  • Crush the garlic clove and add to the bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir. Leave it for 30-60 minutes before serving.
