One of my favorite vegetarian pies. I cam up with this combo when emptying the fridge.

The mash is good in itself, but add some cognac and it takes it to the next level.
A very good recipe for pie crust, I use it for all my food pies.
A lovely italian dish! It doesn't take much longer to cook than ordinary rice, but it requires a bit more effort.
