Here’s another version of the BBQ fatty. I use minced deer meat, and wrap it in bacon. This version has some chili flakes in it, to add a bit of sting. Super easy, and with great flavor.

T-bone steak is a great cut of meat, it is an american classic. You don’t need spices or marinades, it is perfect the way it is. Add some salt and pepper, and you’re good to go. Just make sure you get good quality meat. This isn’t so much a recipe as my way of showing you the simple steps needed to make that perfect steak.
Here’s grilled chicken in with a twist; we cover it with a chocolate and chili glaze, and inject it with lemon syrup, for a slightly different flavor. The chocolate should be dark, with lot’s of cacao. I use one with 70%. I chose the ancho chili for its smokey flavor, with hints of tobacco. It is a good match for the chocolate.
